You don't need launcher for this, just run normal E-sys. Read FA, activate FA, read SVT, click on your headlight module without CAFD, click "detect CAF for SWE", pick the newest one, click ok, click Code.
You only need Launcher for Custom or FDL coding. Factory coding can be done without launcher. |

RE: How to encode used F10 Xenon Lci headlight
awesome guys!
so just the E-sys standalone no psdzdata_lite or full files necessary. Currently attempting to connect E-sys with original ICOM A but it's not happening, Im guessing BMW ITool Radar is requried to reserve the ip. |

You still need PSDZ Lite to have the CAFD coding files. You need Lite to code anything, and full if you intend to flash/program anything.
To connect with ICOM, reserve the ICOM and take note of the i.p. address. In E-sys, select your chassis and manually enter your ICOM I.P. to connect |

I used the above instructions but i am not sure which module i should be coding. I assummed it was probably under FRM where there are 2 modules but the "code" button is grayed out the only item for which "code" is availbe is the CAFD This last module gave an error when clicking "detect CAF for SWE" Clicked "code" on CAFD just to try it out and it gave this error any ideas ? EditL I just re read this thread TMS is listed under the modules and missing CAFD So next time im by the car ill try the instructions above "click on your headlight module without CAFD, click "detect CAF for SWE", pick the newest one, click ok, click Code." |
