I am very new into this stuff haha, I have a renault megane 2006 and I want to make a 2nd key card. How is it possible to do it with any 'free' software. I only have knowledge of EEPROM programming and I thought if it's possible to do it this way.

What is the procedure to copy a key card of a Megane?

you can do it with renault Can clip if you have one or with Carprog .

Does it have any chip? Like a FLASH or Eeprom? If yes, is it possible to programm the eeprom/flash manually using a programmator?

Mate,the easiest way-you need to have spare renault card produced for programming(not used one but new one,ID 46, pcf 7947 ,chiper manchester), then plug in carprog,fvdi, or renult-nissan key programmer and do the yob via obd in a minute.

i have a Renault Megane 1 Ph2 year 2002 and need also a second remote key.
The transponder inside the key is a 4D60.
Can i copy the transponder or program a new transponder with my can clip?
If yes which one of transponder i have to buy?

If you have key copier you can copy it use 4d clonable chip

i am not sure but maybe it is possible to learn the RF to my car that i can open and lock the car.

If so what will be the first step?

learn the frequenz to my car or program the transponder?
