You can always use a different launcher like ESysPlus, doesn't have all the same functionality last I checked, but you could use ESys to perform FDL coding work.

Below that is section to load Token. Once you do and enter PIN twice, you can select extend button.

EDIT: I just did. Mine was going to expire 9-14-2017 and I just extended to 2019.
