You have two diferent serial nomber 0386 and 0475.to 0475 no need time back to 01.01.2013.

So now when I have asked many sellers about the galletto they say they have v54 fg tech 4 master and vd3000 v54 which is the better now ?! also they have two pcb board which is better ?!

I also wish to know which device to purchase as a good basis to rework, I also searched ali and don't know what to purchase, I only want this device to read R/W to my own car with EDC16C34 (ford focus) via obd
