You will need to change power class
and then you can flash whatever u need

Have same problem, flashed with 130i software with winKFP, was data set error, changed powerclass in cas to vert_02, but still error exist. Ecu MSV80. Any ideas?

You need to change power class in DME as well. But that solution not public
