I've seen this issue in a couple of computers with W7 Ultimate 32 bits , and I still cannot find solution. After installing software, when connected the sonde to a car and to computer, drivers should get installed automatically by windows.. but I've found sometimes drivers are not installed automatically. This is a fresh install W7, never connected the clip sonde before installing software.. and still drivers shows as "unknown device". And notice that I've had it installed on this computer before formating and installing 7 again. Tried to manually install drivers, from folder in "common stuff's", also from folder drivers in clip-x91/lib .. and nothing.. always I get different errors, most common is "system cannot find specified file".. such a crap.. and notice that signed drivers options was already disabled..
I've also copy driver files from anoter w7 computer which recognizes the sonde just ok (by the way, w7 is installed from same dvd !! ) .
any ideas?

Which version did you try to install?

Try to install like V159 and report back
