I tried both files, but after flash car does not start. I think the problem is with my china Kess clone. I need to try do it through BDM.
The file size is also strange (1504 KB). I think this is not normal.
I will report.

Read bdm The file is good and well done I can not be responsible for your Chinese equipment. I need to buy 1 original equipment and will be ok

This ECU has not BDM!
You can try to restore original file via OBD. If you can't, or you can and the car does not start, I think you will have a big problem!

It has boot mode though, maybe car engine ran in between reading file posted / writing files posted?

May be this ecu has Tprot (Tuning Protection)?

highly likely, I think CMD is the only tool that can read the full rom by obd

open ecu for full read but damage may be done by now. yikes
