Hi i need someone to realy tune up my file ive got a polo 6r tdi 90 i want mutch more torque for it about 150 to 160 hp please juste dont be afraid to push at max power tanks

It sombody can modify the second filed and put mutch more torque please i tried to do it myself but its to hard for you its easy tanks in advance

Mate

for your car can be done a lot of mod from sw but:
- first of all you need to log the car to see how it's behaving with ori and than with your mod.
- than look to your injectors: analyze how they are working
- than look to your turbo-charger: analyze how it works
- than look to intercooler: is it Ok, do you see any issues on it?

If you need more Nm you have to take into consideration the "clutch". More than that, think if you would increase the turbo-charger and intercooler too, it may helps.

I have done one of this 1.6TDI from 90CP to 182CP but not without logs and monitor on DYNO!
I can show you the DYNO chart (just for reference) if you are interested.

Hi tanks for this explication but thé tinkg IS à havent got 500 euro to do it by an expert thats why im asking you's guys to do a file the nearest that you can do with dyno and do what you can . Tanks for all
