You always must start with major version (>50 GB) and then each individual update. So, install 3.62.0, then 2.1, then 2.2, and lastly 3.3.

25000 is missing previous version.

Sometimes uninstalls do not completely remove files and trace elements can cause future install/update issues. Installation process might claim it completed, but you will find incomplete/empty directories.

I had this problem from 3.62.1 to 3.62.2 and uninstalled and deleted all relevant files and even tried to clean the registry. At the end nothing helped and I had to reset WIN10 sad That helped for me.
