Hello hello everyone
pls i need your help for my hello fvdi 2015. my kid open the coil adapter as attached photo& since he did the device not working & only show this message Device not opened. pls can any one check his own coil adapter to confirm no thing is missing from the board ? B.RGDS Islam |

Some times , you have to check your USB Port , or cable.

I reinstall the softwear and now i get this message
The device has been deactivated the device light is green the dongle light is green also pls can any one help what does this message mean and what i have to do? B.RGDS Islam |

Hi, first connect the fvdi to the pc, start the program and after connect to the car.
If it connect first to the car you get message "The device has been deactivated" |

Old soft has no timer.
may you install a wrong one. anyway . try to uninstall and clean registry , and then install it again. |
