Intall works, but not possible to connect to car. Programs says "I will take a moment" and than nothing happens. Also wenn entering a VIN without connection, nothing.

This is what my regestry looks like. Can someone help?

We are not magicians to guess that and how you installed
Check the settings of ISTA, Ediabas and the cable.

It isn't a cable or setting issue. Everything worked fine until i did the upgrade to newer version. Inpa works, ncsexpert works, so its a installation fault. I installed by just extracting the files and SQ files.

Before extracting the ISTA-D 4.07.22.7z file make sure you have unblocked it by right clicking on it then click properties and then ticking the unblock box and apply. Then extract the contents.

Download just the tools directory from this torrent.http://cartechnology.co.uk/showthread.php?tid=27188

Install all the vcredist files and netframework.

There is a FAQ file that tells you how to install everything.

Did you set registry activated for programming and not installed SDP data then try set registry for programming to false.

oke problem solved. I installed in the program files (x86) folder on my 64bit laptop. Now I installed in my normal folder and everything works. Thanks everybody for the help

Thank You For Sharing, Everything Is Great Except When I Press "Close Operation ", ISTA+ Won't close and I Receive The Following :
" MSVCP120.dll is missing Try reinstalling the program to fix the problem."
( i Have this only With ISTA+ v4.07.22 .. no problem with older versions)
Any Suggestion To Fix The Problem ?

Try my 4.07.31 version. If will be the same, then dll is missing in Your system or unregistrated.
