BMW F36 IBS sensor fault
Hello mates... after replacing the battery car have Battery terminal error - resistance too hihg..so I performed all service functions related to battery replace and register new one..when I test last 5 days charging status is ok and parameters are visible so I think IBS works..Is any chance to bypass this error or VO code aftermarket battery? It is 5amp lower also...thanks

RE: BMW F36 IBS sensor fault
Your problem is not in IBS, but in too high resistance of battery pyrotechnic disconnector (Battery Safety Terminal = BST).

RE: BMW F36 IBS sensor fault
I do not want to replace the pyrotechnic launcher with a 2 Ohm resistor. I think the pyrotechnic has already been launched. If you want to keep the battery disconnect safe, you have to buy the whole new one.

Try to clean and slightly bend the contacts with a thin needle. |
