Hello everybody a friend of me went to dealer and did software update.The car is skoda rapid 1.6 tdi cayd engine.Dealer told him that the factory said he must do the update because of exhaust gases (the trick from vw).The problem now is that the car having some issues when is turning off (shaking a lot).Dealer said that is ok rolling

My question is can we put the old software back? eg. i have original software from another rapid or they changing and something else?

You can use ODIS-E to safely flash back to an earlier version. Very easy once it's set up.

if i set up previous version that i have from same car will be worked because i do not have odis

Fuck the dealer, I mean go whit the car and politely thel him to fuck him self and to restore the car to work ok or make another update, me personaly woud not let this pass.
Why woud you end up fixing their mistake??

When i asked him about this trouble he said that personaly knew it but like a dealer the official answer is that the factory saying that everything is fine rolling
