Hallo I am able to extract FSC file with swid reader and it works with code generator but I am not able with ESYS...what could the problem be?

There is a SWID Reader that reads DE files as well, but if you want to do it with ESYS:

- start Esys and connect to car
- FSC Extended
- Diagostic Address: 0x69
- Application ID: 0xDE
- Base Variant: HU_NBT
- Update Index: 1
- Select "Store FSC" and move to the right
- Press Lesen ( READ )
- Press Starten ( START )
- Press Schreiben ( WRITE ): This will save the FSC in Hex - so you need to use this with the NBT.EXE tool directly - no need to decode using Base64 decoder.

diag address is 63
and better do with read and save rather then store. Then you have to encode it as some code generator do not accept esys fsc generated files

Problem solved the fsc file extracted with esys must be encoded as it is in fsc format.
diag address is 99 that is 0x63 hex

Well, I don't know why, but I have extracted the FSC with my settings above and successfully genereated a new Map Code...

I read in other forums, that HU_CIC requires 0x63 as address... but for the car requiring 0x63, the SWID_Reader did not work as well.

I just use SwidReader anyway, either for CIC or NBT depending on system installed - which is much easier.
