First of all I thank you in advance for your willingness to help me with my problem.

I Own an Audi A4 2011 S-Line with MMI 3G High.

I just installed the maps of Chile after several problems since my car does not come with the option of Chile as a region (I Don't know why, it's supposed to be option 17, however I can only choose up to 14), therefore I had to configure in the greenmenu the HDD nav db as default and internal region code as ROW
I also had to enter the swdl menu and select the "ignore variant and region" and "user defined mode"

After this I could install manually selecting the option "ROW2
5.64.3 (MMI3GP)" and all files related to the Chile map (GDB, TER, TER2, etc).
it is worth mentioning that it could also choose other installation options, such as: MMI3G, VW and BENTLEY, however the option MMI3G did not contain information of the maps of Chile, only Latin America which includes only Argentina and Brazil. (I did not try to install VW and BENTLEY since with MMI3GP there was no problem)

Once installed, the navigation was deactivated after about 5 minutes. I used the activator that gave to me along with the maps. The activation confirmation screen appeared, then I rebooted, but again the navigation is deactivated again. It seems to have no effect.

Am I doing something wrong?
Will the activator be damaged or misconfigured?
Should I install the maps using another option?
Finally, do you know any more recent version for the maps of Chile?

I downloaded, see the files and see the folder "screen", there is a picture that it says: "Activator is already Installed, please uninstall it first..."

As I have tried several times with my activator, should I try to uninstall it? How do I do it?

When I installed my activator I found it very strange that the activation process took only 1 second, however the instructions said that it could take between 60 and 90 seconds. Something weird must be there.
