F30 - Possible to delete bulb short circuit counter?
Is it possible, using Tool32, name seems a bit different from previous FRM etc modules before?
I tried, system replies "too many attempts" and does not reset the counter.

Any possible fix without having to change FEM?

Have you tried procedure in ista/d? With switching on and off ignition then affected lamp.
I've done one in rem successfully.

use Tool32 load FEM_xx.prg find"status_kurzschlusscounter_abs" Check Lamps status.
Normal value is 25000 or 50000. click "steuern_reset_kurzschlusscounter" in "arguments" input defective lamp address 0xXX;25000>execute job

repair , recovery eeprom only.
