ISTA Voltage Config Settings
I haven't been brave enough to confirm these work yet myself. (Set them in the registry under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\BMWGroup\ISPI\ISTA for x64 or HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\BMWGroup\ISPI\ISTA for x86 or in ISTAGUI.exe.config)

BMW.Rheingold.Clamp30.Voltage.Min.Error.Pb
BMW.Rheingold.Clamp30.Voltage.Min.Warning.Pb
BMW.Rheingold.Clamp30.Voltage.Max.Warning.Pb
BMW.Rheingold.Clamp30.Voltage.Max.Error.Pb

Defaults are 9.95, 12.55, 14.85 and 15.55 respectively.

There are equivalents for LFP batteries - just swap the Pb for Lfp

I'm using K+DCAN USB cable E60 525i 2004 would this make my ISTA/D show correct voltage settings in software?

Right now my software is working great I can diagnose and clear faults just voltages are blank doesn't show anything.

K+DCAN can't see voltage.

I confirm that it's works.
I write in config file:
BMW.Rheingold.Clamp30.Voltage.Min.Error.Pb=9.95
BMW.Rheingold.Clamp30.Voltage.Min.Warning.Pb=11.00
BMW.Rheingold.Clamp30.Voltage.Max.Warning.Pb=14.85
BMW.Rheingold.Clamp30.Voltage.Max.Error.Pb=15.55
And no warning anymore about low voltage. Don't forget connect charger.
Don't check it with programming F-series.

K+DCAN can not read actual voltages because it does not have hardware for that. You can only simulate voltage reading with tool like https://cartechnology.co.uk/showthread.php?tid=21543
