Ford programming
I have a 2001 ranger which had a bad ecm( battery was connect wrong) , replaced ecm with a used unit same part number. Reprogrammed key using Autel Maxidas , scanner said key programming was successful but the anti theft light still flashes fast indicating no that it was not programmed.
1- Would the car start without Vin being changed? 2- Can any other scanner other than Ford Ids program the VIN to the Ecm 3-only DTC refer to no signal received from transponder (new key used) Any help/suggestions welcome |
