XZBMW  Need XML source for ABL files

does anyone have XML source for ABL files ( XMLFLOW column in XEP_INFOOBJECTS table in DiagDocDb database) ?

Would be possible to access to the ISTA databases to get the VIN of all the BMW cars?
I'm just curious about that.

Yes this is possible to get VIN with up to date DB. But VIN is stored as ranges. Not all the VIN numbers is enumerated in DB.
