with the new version (av issues) my problem has gone... installation works, registry is updated with LogisticBaseVersion 4.08.11.

Windows 10 Fall Creators Update here but failed.

In ISTA_Store/Download : BMW_ISPI_ISTA-META_4.08.15.xml and BMW_ISPI_ISTA-BLP_4.08.11.istapackage only

Tried :
- Control Panel / Uninstall a Program / Turn Windows features on or off and removed the tick box from .net Framework 4.7 Advanced Services.
- swaped in regedit to another place (i.e. C:\ISTA_Store)
- redownloaded BMW_ISPI_ISTA-BLP_4.08.11.istapackage file

I had similar issues with the BLP package. I downloaded the fixed version (which doesn't trigger virus scanners) and it worked just fine.

Did you try to "Run as administrator"?

Yes tried that. Yesterday, tried launcher v1.1 too.
I already had similar issue with DB istapackage before.
Today, it's fine? Windows has been rebooted or an issue with my VM ?

Hey guys,

someone who can help me? if I use the launcher it did only install de 4.08.11 blp package. If if start it new it waits 1 secon and says installation elapsed time.

It does this also with de data delta global package. I don't know why?

If it lists the initial version as same or higher as your files, it will not install it anew. Clean up the registry.
