Hi my lexia was working fine but now it stopped to be recognized by usb it gives led 2 times and led stays on but pc cant recognized

I tried uninstall drivers , unistall diag but no success need help pls

Try to communicate with Lexia using PSA interface checker, and do an firmware update.

Sorry but what do you mean by interface checker ? I cant regonize the lexia showing unknown device

Hi,
you might have a problem with the lexia connector, the one that looks like VGA connector, I had this problem with my lexia before, so I replaced this connector and the lexia was back to life

could you give me the pin out from the vga male to the usb connector pls to check it

The interference checker did not recognize the tool also ! I think it is hardware problem

@fadyeid, check your driver in Windows "Device Manager", I think it is not loaded properly!!

Ensure the port is USB 2.0 compatible. Are you running within a virtual machine?

Which Windows are you running, I have attached XP drivers to this post. Run "ACTIAPnPInstaller.exe" to install.

hi simple first I use this lexia with diagbox 7.30 for a while , the windows is xp sp3, virtual derive . the lexia was working ok until the cable is broken (rs232 to usb ) then now when I plug it shows in device manger 'unknown device , tried to uninstall diagbox and mount again with virtual and nothing new , the interference checker cant recognize the lexia

The cables are 2 to 3 Euros on Ali Express..

However, I don't know if different VCI devices (clones) have different layouts, but here is the layout of my connector:

USB -- to -- D15 Connector

1 -- RED -- 8 = VCC

2 -- WHITE -- 9 = D-

3 -- GREEN -- 7 = D+

4 -- BLACK -- 1 = GND
