I downloaded the sqldb's 2 times but I'm still getting this error:

"The connection to one of the required databases could not be established. Please check DSS #00046632EN for further trouble shooting."

I triple checked and in the folder "SQLiteDBs" I have the files:
DiagDocDb.sqlite
streamdataprimitive_ENGB.sqlite
streamdataprimitive_OTHER.sqlite
xmlvalueprimitive_ENGB.sqlite
xmlvalueprimitive_OTHER.sqlite

they are not blocked as it happens sometimes when downloading larger files so my only assumption is that one of the files seeded is corrupt, can someone else that downloaded these confirm the theory?

Unblock all files and use the powershell script. it don't fix the problem.
