I already had contact with Paul (EsysX creator)! He usually responds within 24. About 1 week ago, he told me that he would soon be freezing. I would wait a moment.

Have you an old esysx's version (maybe first version) ?
Latest version of esysx works fine with latest Istep on FEM

No, only 5 FSC for Evo are incl. Then you can buy this feature from Paul (EsysX Programmer)! But I do not know the price exactly, but you can still earn it.
