The keygen is fine seems like ur not applying the license properly. Read and follow the instructions carefully on how to edit the MLM file and then patch it through the keygen. I've done loads of Sygic's with this keygen and all good yes

I did'nt find any file with extension .mlm so rename content.lic with content.mlm file and browse it into keygen and give the device code and he genrate a key but its not working.
