F30 mileage
Hi I've got a late 2013 F30 which I replaced FEM with a new one due to water damage and kombi 6wa with a used virginized one. Now the car is completely done but it displays 0 km. Initially when driving it only the miles on the odometer weren't going up, then after 40-50 km it started going. To this day I drove that car 200 km, but it originally had 62000km. How can I restore the old mileage? Would R270 be okay with the clip or do I need to desolder the chip on the 6wa? Thanks

anyway this is a strange problem on BMW's systems, I mean if need new Kombi and new FEM, car will have 0 km, I didn't find a job on tool32, time ago at friend BMW employee I etided kombi after replace on dealer

Yes, if both have 0 kilometers the car shows 0 kilometers, that's normal. If you want your normal mileage, you must specify this in the Dash or FEM.

Well the car doesn't have 000000 anymore, since I drove it. Now it's showing 235km, I took it to BMW and even the mileage on the key updated! I guess I'll borrow an r270 from a friend and upload the dump here... |
