I was not able to login to emaildiag. Waiting almost a week till support will find a problem. Until then I'm just only able to configure with factory config. Also if ecu is not recognized then there is just a little change you'll get it factory configured.

Can you tell me how did you able to configure ECU?

I have bought diagnostic access for a week for 35euro+vat
But I'm only able to telecode factory config. I'm not able to change anything like I want. But in example if I would change bsi/park assistance/etc ecu I can download original config by VIN.

I am using Citroen C4 Grand Picasso B78 2016 with clone diagbox interface 7.57. When I try to change 12" screen, 7" SMEG screen, motorized tailgate parameters, I can change just BSI parameter telecoding and no other control units...there is no possibility by passing PSA server. I tried software 7.57 and upper 7.83 versions.

Is there any magic engineer fingers to solve this problem??

HI,you can access SMEG for testing, diagnose, telecoding on Diagbox 7.36 - on upper version SMEG module is pushed to online teleconding.

Are you sure about telecoding with 7.36? Did you tested?

Hi Adamos. Can you confirm that you have done it and on what car exactly? I have heard that there might be differences between SMEG and SMEG+ units concerning configuration. The latter is more advanced. I have tried to configure SMEG+ with 7.02, 7.44, 7.57, 7.60, 7.82 and 8.19 with no luck. If the 7.36 is really different then I would take the timeconsuming path of uninstalling the new version and starting from the beginning of 7.02.

With official Diagbox it is possible to telecode automatically. It codes the options only according to VIN though. Manual telecoding option is proposed by the software after automatic telecoding is finished or when you interrupt the automatic telecoding by disconnecting obd connector during the process. The problem is that for the manual coding you need a code from the emaildiag assistance page but first it requires username and password which I don’t have. The user id and password of Sevice Citroen are not accepted. So it can be that the official dealers have a separate username for emaildiag assistance which means that there is no way we can configure our ecu-s manually ourselves. Bummer...
