I have a problem with a jungheinrich efg 320 FN 339029 year 2006

i have replace lift speed controller of the machine for one rebuilt and and error appears "39", i think is a problem with the software but i don t have jeti program or the error codes, i have judit 4.33 only, I save the parameters of the old speed controller and then copy to the rebuilt one but no luck, can anyone help me with this problem? can explain to me how i change the software? or give me the software for this speed controller? Please help.
