Mercedes NTG5.5 How To Update
Someone to explain how to update map on NTG5.5 from Mercedes E220 2016.
Car has 3 years of free update... NBT EVO Apple CarPlay Full Screen, Navigation, Video in Motion, SSH, CP

Here in Belgium, I was able to drop the car at the garage and they updated it for free.
Should be the same at a Mercedes Benz garage in Eastern Europe. Call them to make an appointment for the free nav update. If all the dealers refuse, ask them if they can print the pin code for you ( FOR FREE since it already has been paid for with the car ) and do the update yourself. You can download the maps with a mercedes benz download manager which you can download here for free |

In Eastern Europe, the same rules apply as in the rest of the world, the dealer must update the map on a car with a three-year free update. Just often Mercedes dealers are extremely lazy and do not want to spend two hours of their time on unpaid work. I can give you advice: go to the dealer and in WRITING in order to repair, ask to update the map. And if they do not update, ask for a WRITTEN disclaimer. This usually affects lazy dealers in Eastern Europe.
Another tip: at the moment, any workshop that has access to VEDOC can find the code for your car there, if your car have three-year update, if the workshop does not want to waste time updating, ask them to provide the code. It is free and workshop and you. I know this about NTG5.5. I saw it myself. I don't know about other systems only in one case, the dealer can refuse you if you bought the car in Taiwan, and you want to put a map of Europe AMG-menu and AMG-logo at instrument claster and at Audio screen Mercedes, CarPlay AndroidAuto activation, AdBlue emulator, video in motion, newest maps all regions
