i was planning on bying the icom a3 anyway...just "playing " with the kdcan for now...

Icom A3 is fake! Buy A2 or Next.

You do not necessarily want Next for E-series.

I check all a few times but even I use RCleaner when delete registry and restart system.
Run again ISTA+ and she starting normally without license and run fix registry;/

Early on this computer I worked with ISTA 4.08 without any problems

My operating system is Win7 x86 with all updates
Latest Java updates.

But I cant start programming because this option is greyed;/

It is not my first config standalone ISTA on this computer but First with this problem

My registry is the same as You

I read FAQ many times, reinstall all software from new download, delete old registry. Unlock archive and copy all instalation again. When start istagui dont ask me for license start normally as old instalation but without programming ;/

What am I doing wrong and where do I make a mistake?

In both catalogs there are psdzdata

The BLP files are unpacked in the Data folder and in the Data_swi directory the SDP files are unpacked

Try this ISTAGUI.exe.config file.
Copy with replacement in Rheingold\TesterGUI\bin\Release folder.
Or apply reg file.
