I always use standalone version but first time i have problem with run programming

U did all like in FAQ ?
Check All one more time.

I check all a few times but even I use RCleaner when delete registry and restart system.
Run again ISTA+ and she starting normally without license and run fix registry;/

Early on this computer I worked with ISTA 4.08 without any problems

My operating system is Win7 x86 with all updates
Latest Java updates.

Any Idea?
