Update to 3.15.00 or 3.15.02.

Updated to 3.15.02, didn't help. Same error on F10 (2015). Unpacked with 7zip.

Yesterday I used ISTA-P with E65, so it works with E-series. Which log file? There seem to be quite a few for ISTA-P.
