I can generate passwod for your sd card.....you can use any sd....

good I am new ... I am ready to do it ... but I have stuck in two things

my VW I bought it without disk or anything ... so I know I have VW RNS315 europe west but I do not know what version I have ...

1 - even if I do not have the V8 or the V9 installed, can I install the V10 without problems directly?

2 - what is the CID ....? Where do I get that number from?

Hi guys, I'm a newbie here so go easy on me. I'm using an android phone and tried downloading this navy update but I don't really know how to manage it. I'd like to download it onto my internal storage on the phone and then transfer it to an SD card which I can put into the nav unit for uploading. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance

Thanks for this update - it installed no problem, but now I have the reboot problem that is affecting many other UK users - I also just read that V11 unfortunately has the same issue so my only option is to go to V9.

I can't find V9 on this forum - does anyone have the link to download V9 West please?
