Hi. Can anyone assist with Xdos 2017.12. 
I loaded it successfully on windows 10 64 bit. Laptop was running slow with every thing else being on it . So I decided to restore window 10 to factory reset. Reloaded Xdos2017.12  and ever since than my "provided starkey is invalid" for configassist.  
Is there a specific date the system should be on before loading Xdos 2017.12
I cannot seem to change the operating system on this Dell laptop even after changing boot mode to legacy, so I am stuck with this operating system.

I have installed, followed every step and applied fixes but at the end I got a message (The Asam3d server is not installed correctly. You are advised to save your application and exit immediately) then I try to close the xentry but it stays running.

what could be the possible mistake I made?

Same error With my xdos on win 10 pro. tried With same soulotion. 

if you found any solution please share. I retried by fresh installing my windows 7 Ultimate on my dell inspiron n5050 re initiate the xdos installation but ended with the same problem.

I have the latest xentry 12.2018 but the xentry connect does not connect. it does not appear in the sd connect tool. on xentry connect is bd 9/2017 ... it's an xentry connect c5. where is the problem?? xentry does not recognize the device via cable and wifi

Problem solved!
I just want to post here because I think someone can have the same problem as mine. 

At first I tried with windows 7 ultimate which gave me the error message. Then I changed my windows to 7 pro sp1 and it worked

Please someone help to connect w212 with DAS. Everything works fine, except w212. Is there any way to do that? Im using W10 x64

i have it and already tested good and work using xdos 2017 without getting error "cbf-file-conversion" as the one that floating around in forums.
but i have not test it with latest xdos 2018-up. i have to make sure that latest gbf don't have any conflict with the old cbf prototypes.
if i have tested with latest xdos 2018, i will share it.

btw,
may i know the reason you don't use xentry or vediamo to do that?

On my steup DAS works faster and more stable than Xentry. About Vediamo, i don't have it. 
What is the difference between Xentry Passthru and Xentry XDOS?

I would be very thankfull if you can test those files and make w212 available in DAS.

xdos is for partD(aka c3), sdconnect, xentry connect, mb vci
xd passthru is for passthru device e.g vas5054a etc

xd passthru has limitation in das vehicles type. look at the first post.

fyi,
w212 in das is a prototype. it doesn't cover all w212 model.
i have read your reason, but if it is possible, use xentry.

Can this be configured to work with my SD C4?  I tried downloading SDconnect, but so far it only gives me the option to connect to J2534 interfaces at startup.
