the data folder is hidden.
1. you have to change your windows explorer folder option to "show hidden files,folders and drives"
2. it is needed only if you install xdos 2017-12. it is not needed anymore if you install 2018-03. i suggest you install 2018-03 version. it is a better version than 2017-12.

Dont work with Windows 10

when i enter this command "netsh wlan set profileparameter <ssid> connectiontype=ibss" says...Failed to modify the profle. Error 0x8000E: not possible to set automatic connection for ad-hoc network

Microsoft removed ad-hoc connections from Windows 10.
Its possible to bring it back, but requires way to many changes to make it worth it. Google search will bring some articles on how to enable it again.

1. I agree with your suggestion. I revised post #1 several times and can't find Xentry Passthru 2018-03 link. Where can I get Xentry Passthru 2018-03 link?
2. Do I need reinstall Win 7 or How can I dellete Xentry Passthru 2017-12?

here is the latest xentry passthru 2018-03.
but i think you don't meet the Smallville's min requirement .

if you install xentry passthru 2017-12, you don't need to replace Xentry Diagnostics OpenShell.msi. it is only for xdos 2017-12.

I installed Xentry Passthru 2017-12 on Win 7 x86. OpenShell.msi did not change. All the addons have been installed. I copied the xentry missing pictures. By the way, they were not lost, when copying, there were 12 conflicts on the replacement of files, but I however replaced them all

1. step 4 is not quite understood. I just copy the file from the archive to the folder system32 or something install? Where to get? Give the link please.

I do not need scn coding and to prevent xentry's key deleted I chose method 5b and copied both files from the archive to the folder

2. step 6-7-8. install 2221-45 error fix, 3.91 error fix and das license 0 day fix. Again, I need to install something or just copy the files from archives to folders? At the moment, I just copied files to folders.

And then I start xentry and get this when I start

step 4:
after copy to the target folder, you have to double click:
for windows x86 "old key loader for configassist or startkeycenter 32bit.reg"

fox windows x64 "old key loader for configassist or startkeycenter 64bit.reg"

and click "yes" to upload it to the registry. with this, now old key can be accepted by xentry.

for other steps, it is enough just copy and replace

xdos is diagnostic software with devices: mb vci, sdconnect, and c3.
while xentry passthru diagnostic with passthru device eg vas5054a etc
