@peter_pan, try to update driver for device manualy, click right button of the mouse on the device and choose driver from the Program files(x86)\Softing\EdicDriver\win7

I tried once and it worked. I reinstall win and now do not know how to make it work again.

@peter_pan, you can find instructions in Roturbo thread, step by step. As I understand right on clean system you installed edic and passthru driver for vas, both of them?

        My ConfigAssist used to be able to contact the StartKey server but now it can't.

I just add my StartKey manually but I'm curious what got changed in my system so the server can't be reached.

Hey,I installed xdos 2018.12 version,I think all were fine,but I see one problem:anytime I want to work it online for scn coding,it writes,it wants new Xentry activation code.Is it normal?Of course,if I pass a new code ,it is ok,untill I finish the job.If I start next time off line,all right,if it is on line,the same again.What I must do?I have read about Roccicante fix in first post,but I can"t find this path anywhere in Mercedes file.Do you know where it is?

If you own a shop and do scn then you should pay for a proper solution. If you have an scn account them Mb can block it.
If you use it just for yourself the is no harm in inputting a new key every time.
