Stuck on step #5    Run configassyst to enter Xentry license key

The download link is to xentry keygen.txt but the actual download is to a keygen. So I enter in the hardware ID and app ID, generate the key and try to install it but get Product StartKey is Invalid every time.

What gives?

I fixed it. The problem was that secure boot was enabled and to be sure, after I disabled it, I turned off the Wifi before putting in the product key. So...there you go!

Please help, Few Issues encountered while installing Xentry PT 12/2017:-

1) IngitionEnabler by GenZ Way does not activate the ignition (title is SimDAS)
2) On trying to connect to the vehicle, I get error (1.2)-2.503.9902 Initialization of diagnostic multiplexer failed.

I have tried installing in fresh copies of Windows 7 (x86 and x64). Now I have just installed in Win10 x64. I have also tried activating the same with @Bluesky activator - which activates everything but not yet solved the problem.

I am using VXDiag Nano (for Toyota TIS) gadget.

What could be the issue?

I can't seem to get past the 2221-45 Error on startup. 

This is on Windows 10 x64 using the passthru 3.19

I installed the file;

com.daimler.xentry.diagservice_1.8.0.201903181144.jar

Still, no dice! Whether Internet on or off. This seems to be the last issue I have.

What am I missing ?

try to remove the original diagservice to other folder.
replace with patch file.
don't just rename the name of the original file unless you change the extention 'jar' too.

Thank you for the reply! I moved the file;
com.daimler.xentry.diagservice_1.8.0.201901211509.jar
from that directory and just put it on the desktop for now. 

That caused the program to run! 
But after choosing my car it caused another error screen that looks like this;

   

It seemed to indicate that it was starting DAS - do I need to install any of the optional steps? 
Sorry to be a pest! I know that support is not official and so I thank you for it !

You use different diagservice version.
It is better to use patch file from latest diagservice.

At least try to change the patch file from
com.daimler.xentry.diagservice_1.8.0.201903181144.jar
to
com.daimler.xentry.diagservice_1.8.0.201901211509.jar

OK, I tried that but the error returns.

509 will not work ( 2221-45 error )
144 does work.

The 144 is the one from the patch. Is this not correct?

Hello!
I've a problem with xentry open shell 12/2018.
DAS is starting and i can work with them.
Xentry does'nt start. I click on xentry and after a while i can choose the different manufacturers, like mercedes, smart aso. Iclick on mercedes but nothing happens.
What's wron with it?
4 weeks ago i checked a W205 and everything was ok.

I had the same issue could not figure it out I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling xentry that fixed it.
