Hello i need help with this problem i activated xentry but i got this message unable to reach startkey server so is this ok and can i use online scn coding with this error

I have the same situation, although it does not interfere with work.
 
If you delete the lic_key_2.x4711 file from the folder/ProgramData/LicDir, then you will have access to the StarKey server, but the key ( even new long ) will be deleted. ( Probably the server checks the compliance of your HWID, key and whether such a key was issued at all officially) Then it must be re-entered manually and you will work as always. If the  lic_key_2.x4711file is located in a folder/ProgramData/LicDir , communication with the StarKey server does not occur and the key is not deleted. 
Today I did SCN with the file in the folder, everything went smoothly. BUT i start Xentry with "Webmaster's simple method (simple and SCN SAFE), is advice by BARTJ for xdos & xentry pt."  

therefore, if you need to work, do not pay attention to the red symbol of communication with the StarKey center, it means nothing and does not interfere with work,
Perhaps with a long key everything should be beautiful, but I have it wrong, maybe there is some problem when installing XDOS
