For use with C3, the best is a 9.2014 or 12.2015, I even use them for older vehicles and hhtwin with my SD Connect.

You will no longer find (or it will be very difficult) everything you need to install that version from scratch, you will not have addons and the installation process has nothing to do with Openshell versions, try to find someone who can provide you with a reliable image.

Hello everyone, I'm looking for a working version that I can use with my C4 Multiplexer, because the Chinese version that came with it has a hdd lock (2.5"HDD), but I can only install an m2 SSD. Can anyone tell me send a mega link through which I can download a actual and working version?

The best thing you can do is install it yourself, most of what you will be able to download has one goal: YOU and your data. If you don't feel capable of doing it yourself, find someone you trust to do it remotely on your system.

Not only the Chinese protect their systems against cloning, keep that in mind...

You have everything you need to get started in this very thread and after a little searching you will find download links to the version of xentry you want to install.

Hi all, PC running windows 10 in xentry passthru 06/2021.

Successfully updated to windows 11 pro.
Activation of Xentry without worries, everything works normally.

I now want to install xentry passthru 03/2022.

How do I proceed ?
I have to uninstall the old version or can I overwrite by launching the new installation?

Then of course I imagine I would have to patch all the patches again and proceed with the activation, that seems logical.

you can do it either way.
overwrite is the default, daimler wants you to do
for 2022-03, use "offline login" patch, as suggest by sascha965 in this forum.

because since 2021-12, using the offline login by editing the xml, xentry can't be terminated normally

I advance slowly.

 so error 2221-1 was telling me about the GlobalUserSettings.properties file. But this file did not exist in:

c:\\ProgramData\Mercedes Benz\Config\Xentry

I found it in

c:\\ProgramData\Mercedes Benz\Config\XD_DT

and

c:\\ProgramData\Mercedes Benz\Config\XD_MB

They are visibly identical, I copied one of them and I pasted it in:

c:\\ProgramData\Mercedes Benz\Config\Xentry

Now Xentry is running, I don't know if I should have done this thing or not but this solved the problem.

I don't know if this is normal or not if other inconsistencies will occur in the future.

All help is welcome, I manage alone as a rule but here with the Xentry I have a little trouble.

First bug I encounter, Xentry does not want to close, I have to go through Diagnosis Stop

i guess you have a skill in computer because you can fix the problem yourself :tup:
you can fix xentry that can't be terminated normally, by downloading sascha965 fix for login offline.
