There are several deprecated key protection methods that restore a copy of the file, check if executing via a .bat or look in the root of the drive to locate that copy.

In root directory C find lic_key_2.dat and only removed file and work with new key.How is good-delete file in root directory  or copy from program data folder?

Replace that file with your current lic_key, otherwise you will possibly lose the key after a diagnostic session with xentry.
