open the ecu and take some very good quality pics of each side
be very careful not to touch anything on the pcb (otherwise you could cause more damage)

yes i already write back to basic ecu and successful but i have weird situation now my car cannot read temp gauge. and the KTAG clone cannot clone to other ECU .. can you explain why ?
