Just downloaded it in about 30 mins so the same sort of speed as sixcode. Therefore issue is not with Yandex.

In case you still have a problem then I am currently uploading to Mega but that is going to take another 6 hours or so

Yandex stars here at 4MB/s (my max speed) than at the end, it lowered to ~22KB/s. It finished after ~10 hours

Get a Premium account that's why it is slow.

Try to enable it in your PC BIOS if available.
Try VirtualBox if still no luck

If not, then buy ESYS PRO or ESYSX
