The instructions for the serial change on the VCM 1, or is this possible with the Rotunda Original VCM?

I have the enabler special features patch.

Drivers for the Rotunda VCM original.

Install for x64 instructions? <- Is anything different than the x32?

does this still work to unblock VCM's?

To restore the VCM configuration (software), you can use the VCM Recovery Tool and reload the software in the VCM using your laptop. Use the Data Link Connection (DLC) cable and a vehicle for the VCM power source.
1. Close IDS.
2. Click on the Windows Start Button
3. Click on Run
4. Enter, without quotes ?clearvcmutil? click OK.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to reload Update Loaded Code and Update PROM.
If successful, Normal VCM LEDS after booting cycle using a DLC connection: 1 amber, 2 flashing green, 3 red, 4 off, 5 flashing amber. The VCM icon will be in the lower right corner of the Start New Session screen.
