How do you know that the lens heating option is hiding just there? 

Anyway I think I know why it didn't work now and that's because the ACC2 cannot be nettodata coded.
I have edited all the appropriate files to include the lens heating option with it activated as default (like it is)
I can make a guide or just send the files needed if anyone is interested. They will work for the E65 but can be converted to be used in other models.

I would try them if I still had my acc with broken lens heating.
