Hi,
I've downloaded Australia/NZ Next 2019 Road Map via BMW Downloader app for my wife's 2016 F48 X1, car recognised update on USB and updated maps to 2019. My sons 2014 BMW F30 328i also runs the NEXT road map, after inserting USB I get a message saying update is available but it asks for USB1. His 328i was built in Feb'14 and even though it has some Connect Drive components installed from factory, it is missing parts as BMW didn't provide Connected Drive until April'14 build cars. Would my wifes X1 activation code or VIN # be embedded into the AU/NZ Next 2019 road map files? If yes, is there a way to strip the activation/VIN details from the files?
