can somebody tell me where I can find exact this FSC NBT CIC generator, which outputs me the FSC in PDF?

That PDF you see in the video is a Code from BMW AG. It does exists in FSC repair pack files if customer has ordered map update from a dealer.
No generator do PDF because no need.
That guy who is on the video just compare generated code and original code from BMW.

That script is outputting to text file and comparing with OEM PDF.
