this swift 1999 not need pincode to program key
and the 20 digit pin code is for newer car above 2012
you can make transponder directly from the eeprom dump by effi+zed if you have

Did you make key to dump ?
I mean when you program transponder
There is a key to dump you should press it and it
Will give you new dump
Write this new dump to eeprom
And car should start (effi specially 173 module have lots of bugs ) use 101 or 107 module better
Do you have fvdi ? If yes also can make by tagtool

I also tried to search for that 20 digits pin code
But it seems that few can give this code

And with old models can not make key
By obd always you have to do it manually

What transponder type you use ?
If you want tomorrow I try with effi and fvdi
And give you all details
4c transponder is easy

Yes Chico 4c and tpx1 are the same and zed accept tpx1

Its old suzuki and you can try to make via obd with some old key programming devica such as T300, Mvp, Sbb... 4c transponder and MVP worked for me on those 4C suzuki cars. There is no pin, only some kind of security access and thats all.
