RE: ISTA 4.09.33 installation files
That's the thing, i started over entirely, wiped out all my SQLdbs and data_swi along with registry entries, started from 4.09.12 and still can't get it to apply any delta files, I even put Rheingold on a different drive completely starting over and had the same issue, just banging my head against the wall on this one because I've downloaded everything 3 separate times to different locations to mitigate possible corruption and every combination throws the same error.

Just for a sanity check can someone post md5 or CRC-16 hashes of the data and SDP delta files so that I know I'm not just working with corrupted files?

I feel like im gonna need to reformat my whole PC or build my new server just to really start from scratch, and im really not in the mood to do either of those things at the moment.

Also, I'm a little confused about the latest 4.09.3X BLP file because the DataDelta_4.09.33.xml file refers to 4.09.20 as the latest base logistics package... anyone know what that's about?

EDIT For some reason this time around it tried installing 4.09.30 BLP despite the reference in the meta file.

This is what I get stuck with every time, always fails on the first delta application, whether I do everything at once or just the sqlDBs or just the SDP, and it almost always fails at 99%, sometimes a little before.dontknow

RE: ISTA 4.09.33 installation files
I suggest trying step by step:

0/ delete all files in C:\Rheingold\SQLiteDBs
Remove folders : C:\Rheingold\PSdZ\data_swi and C:\Rheingold\PSdZ\data

1/ just begin by installing BMW_ISPI_ISTA-DATA_GLOBAL_4.09.13.istapackage and BMW_ISPI_ISTA-DATA_en-GB_4.09.13.istapackage only

2/ then try the first DELTA only BMW_ISPI_ISTA-DATA_DELTA_en-GB_4.09.20.istapackage

3/ then second one : BMW_ISPI_ISTA-DATA_DELTA_en-GB_4.09.21.istapackage only (can't see this one in your screen shot)

4/ and finally BMW_ISPI_ISTA-DATA_DELTA_en-GB_4.09.30.istapackage

Do same thing with DE language (if you really need it)
What's the result ?

5/ with same method, install SDP step by step: BMW_ISPI_ISTA_FULL-SDP_4.09.12.istapackage the big one only with BMW_ISPI_ISTA-BLP_4.09.12.istapackage

6/ then BMW_ISPI_ISTA_DELTA-SDP_4.09.20.istapackage and BMW_ISPI_ISTA-BLP_4.09.20.istapackage

7/ and BMW_ISPI_ISTA_DELTA-SDP_4.09.30.istapackage and BMW_ISPI_ISTA-BLP_4.09.30.istapackage

What's the result ?

RE: ISTA 4.09.33 installation files
For me it woirked like a charm after I figured out all these nasty little errors not mentioned in the logfile.
Did you got plenty of space left in Z:\Temp?
Just thinking of: is Z: a network drive? That may cause strange errors...

Couple terabytes free on Z:, its an external RAID drive connected via USB 3.0. so i don't think that's the issue.

Did you observe the same errors when updating step by step as I describe ?

I haven't done those instructions to a T, but I have gone one step at a time and get the same result, but good catch on the missing en_gb 4.09.21, really doesn't make sense because this is a screenshot of my download folder, it's there, but didn't show up in the launcher.

Identical issues, although it's not possible to follow your instructions exactly, step 1 cannot be done without the BLP package, fails within a second, to avoid I manually installed the BLP package, but no change in error.

Your log contains an entry:
2018-02-10 02:09:11,624 [5] [INFO ] ExtractingPackageTask.DoTaskAction - Package file Z:\Temp\ISTA_Store\Downloads\BMW_ISPI_ISTA-DATA_DELTA_en-GB_4.09.21.istapackage is deleted from download location.

This means it is first found when enumerating packages, but later disappears when trying to actually extract files. Not sure why, but most probable 2 causes: your USB3 RAID is crap (seen similar things on Windows file sharing done on Linux servers when under heavy load they suddenly begin to report files missing even they are actually there) or crap antivirus suddenly denies access to that file.
