Hello i need somme help

i have x-prog and i install xprog v5.7.4 update my exprog
but now my xprog comminication error with progrem xprog v5.5.5
I get a device comminication error. Green light comes on.. but nothing more.
If I press the update button.. although it gives the above error, after that
I get a window with details of bootloaderino soft version (5.7) and hardware info
Hardware registration ID -------------------



how i reflached my xprog with onther xprog and I want to know all the details

Never try to update as will ruin MCU have you managed to reflash then ?
