only 4E1910155___0010 /0020 are available on mine too , i think it would work except for some codes u will need to do it manually , or do online adaptation

Sorry mate, i have every flash dvd and cd since ecus on audis are flashable and there is only the indexless file 0010 and 0020.
But don't flash them! You have Transmission KRV from Facelift 2008-2010 model years (since 09/2007). Indexless Files are for Transmission HRZ before Facelift 2003-2007!

There was also a File with Index! 4E1910155C_0010. This is unknown file. there was never a known transmission with this ecu.

So it depends on the index! If you have F you need F File for Transmission KRV which is not available.

Normally Audi has always a backup solution like older or newer software part number.

But 4E1910155F is still part number and there is no older or new part number.

If Ecu is stuck in flash mode because of failed flash, there is normally a login code send to the ecu to start the flash procedure.

I don't know if it is always the same login. Maybe it is also possible with it, to kick out the ecu from flash mode.

On Climate Control login was 51425 to start flash process. You can try to send it to transmission ecu with odis self diagnostic vcds or vcp if button is active when ecu is stuck.
