Peugeot Citroen have now blocked access to DocBackup servers ?
I can no longer access to the server by entering VIN, it now says Corvet@ not available. This happens recently !, any one retry them ?

The server free access to the SEDRE part has been disable long ago, since the beginning I think. But for the DocBackup part this has just happened very recently, can more of us try to check and confirm this.
For the ones who use the DocBackup and never tried, open it with your PC being online and put a correct VIN in the box on top. If it worked it will return you with the whole vehicle characteristic sine leaving the factory. |

What version of program do you use, since I heard that version 2011 is working but not sure for 2013.

It was fine with me untill I installed the 11.2013 version. It worked once on 2013 but not afterwards.
I've noticed a file in Program files/Dobackup/Properties that's called 'corvet.properties'. Maybe there's a false link in that file? For those with the 2013 version and it works: what are the parameters in that file? |

PSA have moved all access to online version only now. Citroen, Peugeot and DS have all merged into one Servicebox online site now and the offline Docbackup version function for the VIN lookup is no longer functional on the new servers.
